Before contacting support
Check that the active page is a normal HTTP or HTTPS page, that the provider Base URL is safe and reachable, and that you reviewed the text before AI generation. Chrome settings pages and the Web Store cannot be recorded.
What to include
Share the extension version, Chrome version, operating system, stable error code, and a sanitized description. Do not send a real API key, license private key, password, customer URL, or unreviewed screenshot.
Local recovery
You can create a Free basic report without AI. Settings can clear the current report, diagnostics, or all local product data. A denied provider-Origin permission writes neither the new settings nor the API key.
