Draft status
These are development-draft terms and are not ready for public acceptance. The actual operator, governing law, Merchant of Record, refund process, and support identity require factual completion and legal review.
Service boundary
The Free product provides local active-tab capture, evidence review, basic Markdown generation, and export. Pro features are enabled by an offline signed license and may include BYOK AI reports, additional report languages, custom endpoints, and custom templates.
User-provided AI services
Users choose and pay their own compatible AI provider. Provider availability, model behavior, privacy terms, and usage charges are third-party responsibilities. AI output is untrusted and must be reviewed before use.
Payments and refunds
The verified Merchant of Record will process payment, tax, billing, and applicable refunds under its published terms. The development preview has no purchase contract and must not be used to collect payment.
Acceptable use
Users must have permission to capture and share the page evidence involved. The product may not be used to collect secrets, bypass access controls, distribute malware, or violate law or third-party rights.
Limitations
The product does not promise a definitive root cause, a fix, uninterrupted third-party services, or automatic issue submission. Final warranty, liability, termination, change, and governing-law clauses require operator-specific legal review before release.
